You made a human, your body is pretty amazing!

With this new human comes new demands on your body, both physically and mentally.

I can tell you from experience that moving your body is one of the BEST ways to smooth out these transitions. But, if you don’t take the time to educate yourself on healthy ways to move, you run the risk of injury and major setbacks.

That is why I have created the FitMama & Baby Workshop. It is the perfect way to ensure you learn how to safely and effectively squat, press, bend and swing weights (including your little one) injury free!

So, join me, and other moms as we elevate our heart rates, re-engage our core strength, all while keeping our little ones close by.

Mom & Baby Workshops – Version 2.0

All you new moms out there who want to have fun, stay fit, and who don’t want to leave your little one behind.

Children ages 6 weeks-12 months (or, as long as you still feel comfortable wearing them for some portion of the class).

Pregnant women who want a class taught by someone who knows how to modify for your current needs, and who want see what the future holds, are also welcome to attend!

When Do We Meet

Focus Workshops happen the First Friday of each month from 1:30-3pm @ the Bleeding Hearts Kettlebell Club.

These workshops are designed as individual modules so you can pick and choose your poison, although in my biased opinion each clinic is of great value to us hard working mamas.

Just bring yourself , your baby, a water bottle, a comfortable baby carrier that provides head support for your little one, and a sense of humor. We supply the needed equipment (weights, balls, bands, TRX…).
