FitFamily Workouts

You made a human, your body is pretty amazing!

With this new human comes new demands on your body, both physically and mentally.

I can tell you from experience that moving your body is one of the BEST ways to smooth out these transitions. But, if you don’t take the time to educate yourself on healthy ways to move, you run the risk of injury and major setbacks.

That is why I have created the FitFamily Workouts. It is the perfect way to ensure you learn how to safely and effectively squat, press, bend and swing weights (including your little one) injury free!

So, bring your family, and join other moms, dads, kids, uncles, aunts and cousins as we elevate our heart rates, re-engage our core strength, all while keeping our little ones close by.

FitFamily – Version 2.0

All you moms out there who want to have fun, stay fit, and who don’t want to leave your little one behind.

Children ages 6 weeks and on.

Pregnant women who want a class taught by someone who knows how to modify for your current needs, and who want see what the future holds, are also welcome to attend!

Dr. Rachel brings to her classes a winning combination of expertise and first hand knowledge. Her teaching has helped me to reach my goals in manageable steps and she always advocates for me to listen to my own body. Plus, her upbeat attitude makes classes positive and empowering. – DK

When Do We Meet

Last Sunday of each month from 10am-11am @ the Bleeding Hearts Kettlebell Club.

Just bring yourself , your kids, a water bottle, a comfortable baby carrier, if you are bringing a little one who isn’t walking yet, and a sense of humor. We supply the needed equipment (weights, balls, bands, TRX…).
